February’s #CSContentClub plan drops Friday, so I’m sharing some info for all the newbies...
As a communications strategist and coach, I see this all the time. Businesses have so much great value to share with their ideal clients and core audiences, but they don’t have the time to pull it together.
They’re in their genius zone and don’t spend the time to plan ahead or really think about their content strategy and goals for each month.
It can cost THOUSANDS to have someone pull together a strategy for your business, and hundreds more to have someone create your posts and manage engagement.
But it can be worth it because you feel confident knowing you have your time back. But for many of you who don’t have that extra cash, and really want to connect with your audience, build brand recognition, build trust, and make sales, you just need a little help pulling it all together yourself.
I’ve done this for you. Through the magic of Content Strong’s™ Content Club.
On the 15th of each month, members get a plan and planning tool emailed directly to their inbox. Packed with post and story prompts, significant dates, hashtag ideas and more, this planner helps you identify your goals, and sets you up for success with STRESS-FREE and ENGAGING content to help you plan quickly for an entire month.
And it’s absolutely FREE!
I promise I won’t send you a bunch of emails, just once a month with your content plan. And if you need help in any other department, you can always contact us directly and book a strategy session or check out our other service options.
Let’s end your content planning woes and get you back to what you do best.... RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Who here needed a little boost to keep going strong today? I know I did. How many check marks did you write beside your tasks this week? I still have a few outstanding, but I’m proud of what I accomplished. Keep your stride, it’s almost the end of the workweek.
My husband told me this a few days ago and every day since I started my business. Think about the
hours you wasted spinning your wheels. I know I wasted hours each day thinking about how much I hated being in the toxic environment of my day job.
What if we put that energy towards creating something that helped people, something we liked to do.
Share this with your friend who wants to focus on her side hustle but doesn't have the right encouragement!
If you’re not moving up at work, regardless of what barriers you may be facing that are hindering your advancement. Think about if that’s where you really want to be.
I know I had so many qualifications, but the perception about my age, and my race hindered the thought process for some of my bosses who wondered whether or
not I was able or ready to lead. And I was. When I was eventually given the opportunity, I excelled, but my own self discovery cemented it wasn’t really where I wanted to be. I needed to be able to choose what projects I worked on and for who. Going out on my own really helped me use my skills and shape strategy.
I stopped trying to be invited to the table, now I’m building my own. Any one else have a similar story, or really need this motivation today?

Don’t know how? Start by creating audience profiles. Make up personas and names for each target audience.
.
Understand their needs, and tailor your product or service to them.
.
Identify your specific value for each persona.
.
And tell each audience directly how that value helps them.
.
Target each niche market, use social media, go to them directly in person or online.
.
Reach out to each individual if you have to.
.
And as more people realize your value and are happy with your services, give them the tools to be your biggest spokespeople.
.
The best communicators on your team are customers that share your value with their friends and family.

My top three steps to boost engagement:
1) Optimize your bio, which means choose keywords that your audience would be looking for and would notice upon immediately looking at your profile. Don't make a long bio if you can, make sure your bio is easy to read and clear about what value you offer!
2) Reply to all comments and DM is a given. People don't want to wait forever for a reply. And in some cases people aren't looking for a reply, but they will remember that you engaged with them and made their comment, no matter how small, important.
3) Engage (like + post) 15
minutes before and after you post on your profile. I admit I don't always do this one, but I should. It makes a huge difference in the amount of people who see your post and reciprocate and engage with your account.
If you start doing any of these things, let me know how it goes.

I can’t be the first person to tell you this, but Instagram pushes video into more eyes and more viewers than static text/photos. That’s why videos are seen and
engaged with more.
Are you using your Instagram insights? See the age range of people following you. See how many people unfollowed you. Look at the times people are most engaging with your content and post around those times! Come back and tell me how it went.

I love the conversation @Thetracymoore is having about being Black in Canada. If you haven’t been watching this, you should be. This isn’t about content or events, but this impacts all of as consumers, as employees, business owners, and as human beings as we interact with each other. It has everything to do with eradicating behaviours that have been for too long dominant and unspoken about in Canada. PAY ATTENTION.
