The old, long gone single lane car portion of the Mission Bridge that is still used for trains today. People used to get stuck waiting for the train on a regular basis back then. You could often buy ice cream or popcorn from vendors while waiting for the train to pass. A new car bridge opened in 1973 ending this era once and for all. And how about that Cougar and VW Bus!

Went hiking today with Sandalwood Wellness BC. They are offering new hiking programs and this was their first one today. You had to see it to believe it! Also will be posting an update soon about how things are progressing here at Abbotsford Archival.

Check out this bad boy we dug up! This is my grandparents old GE full size VHS camcorder from 1989. Put this thing on your shoulders and you can record 2 full hours of full quality VHS footage on a full size tape that can go into your regular VCR without any adapters. Bet you think carrying one of these looks cooler than recording on a phone! (Or you could get the latest 4K prosumer camcorder and both look cool and shoot excellent quality video).

Hello everyone, we are just getting things started. We are a new business offering archival and preservation of your personal memories fro negative films and slides to video tapes and discs. Currently just waiting for some equipment to arrive and then after a few tests we will start offering our services to customers. Please make sure to like the page then invite your friends to like it and share this post so we can get a large enough audience to start marketing to. We will begin offering pick up and drop off locally in the Abbotsford area to start and when things start to pick up we plan to offer shipping across the country.
