With our connections, clients, followers and even with our close circles, it’s sometimes tempting to present what we want people to see, a perfect version of ourselves, especially in social & digital media. Confession time?! My personal fave filter is Clarendon…it softens everything…the lines, the imperfections, and creates a dreamy quality that I love (pink much? 🌸💕)

But the funny thing about filters is that unless we’re living in an exclusively virtual world, we still eventually have to show up unfiltered. Whether it’s on your personal or professional social media profiles, your posts, your stories, your dating profiles, your resume, or your website, showcasing the real you is an important part of creating a successful brand that people will connect with on and off their phones.

I've always loved Thanksgiving. A marked time to be grateful for the blessings in our lives both big and small. This year the world is so different, missing friends and family...the warmth of a loved one's embrace, breaking bread, sharing laughs, memories, waxing philosophical with the people we treasure, it's all a little heartbreaking 💔.

I'm learning that sometimes we have to tear things down to build something better. Be kind to yourself. Fall in love with yourself again. You're amazing. 🌸❤️🌸❤️

What an amazing couple of weeks it’s been, thanks friends 💕🌸 Catching my breath, working my butt off and basking in the glow of my Mac monitor at 9:20pm. Cheers to all you boss babes & boss dudes. Loving it but the clock doesn’t punch out at 5pm.
