Today 10min Killer abs workout with myself....god I look good LOL
It's overly motivating and depressing to see how good my physique looked back 4yrs ago from 5x daily 30min workouts.

Menopause is kicking me hard, but let's face reality, I haven't worked out 5x a week in 2 yrs, I shouldn't beat myself up because I'm not doing the work anymore.
Time to get real with myself if I want the results again! Right.

My daughter asked to workout 3x a week in the mornings, šŸ„°
how could I say no, especially when I needed some motivation to lift weights....SO we started following my workout videos on YOUTUBE lol.

I'm kicking our butts....These videos were created 4 years ago during COVID when I first started creating workout videos, so they aren't studio quality, if you know what I mean. But a workout is a workout and they target arms, legs, and abs so I'm all in. Plus, I looked so good back then; this visual provides extra incentive to get into a routine of working out with myself. LOL

I wanted to share the bike route I followed on my 4 day/3 night Bike packing trip.
This is not 100% accurate because I deviated from the course on occasion as curious cycling bikepackers do.

This route followed the Veloroute des draveaur, Petit Train du nord, Trans Canada 1.
I seemed to always be on some designated cycling route along the route.
Total 524km
30hrs of cycling.
Saturday was the hottest, being on the why most of the time, compared to the shaded rail trails.
Points of interest and beauty:
Blue Sea.
Mont Laurier
Petit Train du Nord.
Riviere Rouge.
Montebello
Plaisance

This would be an ideal 5-day trip with more loungy downtime.

Slowed down the pace for a 4 day Solo Bikepacking trip. 524 km 3 nights.
Exploring northern Quebec.
A must. Exploring Cycling corridors from Wakefield to Tremblant to Montebello.

I can't say it was tough, it was a worthy trip way out of my comfort zone.

Location: Voltage Ski Centre Vorlage

Our event has a remote start and finish.
