Two podcasts IS possible!

Our amazing client, Rebecca Lane is a perfect example of having two podcasts.

So how does she do it??
1️⃣ She works with The ultimate Creative team to make sure her shows are getting produced just how she likes them.
2️⃣ Rebecca and our team worked together to develop a cadence for each show and when episodes would air. (spoiler alert...neither of these shows run every single week - hello burnout!)
3️⃣ She follows the proven process so that she can work on so many other things in her business but also give her audience what they have been craving in two different ways.

1️⃣ Stand out from the crowd! This means become a niched expert in your brand or business!
2️⃣ Understand their lifestyle to meet them where they are at! Really pinpointing who your audience is and speaking on the different levels of the demographics helps to capture an audience from all angles BUT you are able to meet everyone where they are.
3️⃣ Always experiment to personalize their experience! The fun part of a podcast is that you get to try new things and see how your audience responds. Remember, there is no harm in trying new fun experiments!

I am here to tell you that you CAN reinvent your content and repurpose content in your platforms. 💻

It is totally normal and it is the way it should be. Matter of fact, reinventing your content continues to touch those people in your funnel that could be on the fence but need reinforcing that they are getting what you are sharing.

People do business with other people they know, like, and trust. Reinventing content means building trust that you know what you are talking about.

🎙️Setting podcast goals is so important.

Having goals for your podcast allows you to keep active and spark new creative ideas for using your podcast as another funnel for your business.

Three simple ways to set goals for your podcast are:
1️⃣ Define Success. I don't mean everyone else's definition of success, but yours! What does success mean to you in your podcast?
2️⃣ Set high level goals. Using the SMART method allows you to be really intentional and really clear about what your podcast expects from you and what you expect from it!
3️⃣ List the sub-tasks. Defining what the tasks behind the goals are allows you to put boots to the ground and get these goals in motion! It's really that easy and simplifying it only helps us move the needle forward! Happy podcasting!

While we may all LOVE to get on our soapbox in our podcast episodes, determining how long they should be really comes from looking at your analytics.

You can tell a lot by those numbers.

✅My pro tip: Try out episodes at various lengths and then go back in your analytics and see what the numbers tell you.
What we think people need might be something totally different.

✅Another tip?
Ask your audience what they prefer! But, overall, as long as your content is serving your audience, the length won't really bother them.
