I’m one of the very few lucky people who gets to review the book before it’s published and so far I can say this book does not disappoint. From the strategies, tools and tips using real life experiences all the way to referencing other very notable practices this book offers the every day person or super high achieving individuals, a way to maintain success and wellbeing.

Aanchal beautifully stated in her opening statements, “if not me, then who?” And this resonated so highly with me. Now let me ask you, if you don’t go after the life you want, then who will?
