Reflection time: according to Gregorian calendar, Friday is the 6th day of the week. Six is the number of man (according to bible chronology). He (Jesus) was crucified on the 6th day for the sins of mankind. 7 is completion/perfection. He (God) looked around and saw that all that he had made was perfect! He then rested of His work on the seventh day. Even so, today on this seventh day of the Resurrection Weekend. I am resting in the finished work of our Lord and Saviour. He died for our sins, so we wouldn't have to die in our sins.
8 is new beginning (bible chronology) He makes all things new when he rose from the grave triumphant! He made a mockery of death, hell and the grave. He said, death where is your sting? Grave, where is your victory? Death is swallowed up in victory!
We who named the name of Christ Jesus is now dead to sin and alive unto righteousness. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏

Wow! Sometimes life busyness got you a way, but still need to pull away from the busyness to give the Almighty praise and thanks for keeping me in my sound mind, providing food, clothes, shoes and shelter. He's never too busy to answer my calls. His ears are opened to my calls and His eyes are over me. His line never busy, never blocked, never on do not disturb!

Father God, I pray all of us who profess the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, will know him as He is and for what He represents.

The Samaritan woman was telling Jesus where the Jews and Samaritans worship (place) and Jesus in turn, told her how to worship (spirit and truth). He told her that the hour cometh, where the Father seek true worshippers. Those worshippers would worship God in spirit and in truth. Why? For God is a Spirit and MUST worship as such. (See John 4:20-24)

Too many of us have a form of Godliness and denied the very power thereof (See 2 Tim. 3:5)

As the heaviest snow fall in three years has started. I pray for those commuting to and fro. I pray travelling mercies in Jesus's name!

At the same time, am so enjoying lying here under my comforter. Church service cancelled. But, online zoom service will be up and running.
