My late mom's and sister's pastor. He was a very humble Man of God! You never heard any drama around his name. In 1996, I was at very low place in my life he came to visit me. He did something that changed the trajectory of my life. My sincerest condolences to the Levy family. R.I.E.P Pastor Levy🙏

I'm in the mall and stopped off at Baskin Robbins and treated myself. Looking on this 'double decker' (pistachio and rum and raisins). It reminds me of how God gives us double for our troubles. Remember the story of Job?

Reflection time: according to Gregorian calendar, Friday is the 6th day of the week. Six is the number of man (according to bible chronology). He (Jesus) was crucified on the 6th day for the sins of mankind. 7 is completion/perfection. He (God) looked around and saw that all that he had made was perfect! He then rested of His work on the seventh day. Even so, today on this seventh day of the Resurrection Weekend. I am resting in the finished work of our Lord and Saviour. He died for our sins, so we wouldn't have to die in our sins.
8 is new beginning (bible chronology) He makes all things new when he rose from the grave triumphant! He made a mockery of death, hell and the grave. He said, death where is your sting? Grave, where is your victory? Death is swallowed up in victory!
We who named the name of Christ Jesus is now dead to sin and alive unto righteousness. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏

As the heaviest snow fall in three years has started. I pray for those commuting to and fro. I pray travelling mercies in Jesus's name!

At the same time, am so enjoying lying here under my comforter. Church service cancelled. But, online zoom service will be up and running.
