Toronto Town Halls Events designed to engage Torontonians in discussion and debate around issues that effect our city It takes a whole community to raise a child.

Founder Sarah Thomson is a fighter with a strong social conscience. In 2002, she launched the Women's Post, a print and online magazine with a readership of over 250,000. The magazine is recognized as the reliable source of information and inspiration for women in business. Sarah has long had an interest in public service, which led her to run for mayor of Toronto in 2010. The experience made her

even more passionate about tackling the challenges facing our community. In 2011 Thomson ran as the provincial Liberal Candidate in Trinity-Spadina and was the closest unheld riding in Ontario. For the last ten years she has lived downtown, where she now resides with her husband Greg and two young sons. Toronto Town Hall Series is designed to engage and inspire people to become more involved in our community.
