🍁 Embracing Change and Uncertainty 🍂

Good afternoon everyone!

I couldn't help but notice that we've got just one week left of this warm weather. The leaves are already starting to switch up their colors, and it's a clear sign that we're entering a season of change.

Change can be a mixed bag of emotions. For some, it can be super exciting, while for others, it feels like stepping into the unknown.

Remember, every new journey comes with its share of uncertainties. It's normal to have doubts at the beginning, to wonder what lies ahead. But here's the thing: just because you can't see the full picture yet doesn't mean it's not meant for you. Sometimes, the coolest adventures start with a dose of uncertainty.

Let’s not just embrace change, let's welcome it, just as we embrace faith. 🙏 Because within those moments of uncertainty lie opportunities for growth, discovery, and new beginnings. 💖

Anyone else’s kids obsessed with building blocks? Keoni is a little builder through and through. 🛠️ He can spend hours with lego or magnetic tiles just creating all sorts of cool stuff. Today, we hit up the library, and look at what he whipped up! He said it was a hotel. 😂 🏨

It’s incredible to watch how creative he can get and how excited he is to build something new.

I’ve always had a dream ⛅️ : owning a business that helps others live more meaningful lives. Guiding them into empowered roles, giving them the freedom and flexibility to spend more time doing the things they love with the ones they love. I’ve longed for a life to call my own and to have a legacy that my kids will be proud of. 💖

I love supporting others in building their dreams or chasing their passions. Now, I’ve come to a point in my life where I want that for myself. I have been a nurse 👩🏻‍⚕️ for the past 13 years and it’s been a role that has challenged me, tugged at my heart and taught me the true essence of compassion. Despite all of this, I endured it because being of service to others is one of the most fulfilling experiences. ✨

Now I’m proud to say that I have finally found that. This journey that I'm on has gifted me the incredible freedom to cherish quality time with my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, while also giving me the space to pursue my other passions. You can do the same! 🔥

Our little Chloe, well not so little anymore 😭 , turned 7 years old 🎉 this month! We decided to head over to Canada’s Wonderland to celebrate her birthday. John and I are thrill seekers and we’re glad our kids have the same enthusiasm for roller coasters as we do 🎢.

John and I haven’t been bowling 🎳 in ages! A little friendly competition didn’t hurt anybody. We tied in the end so we’ll have to have a rematch. Ended the night with some delicious 🤤 Japanese BBQ.

My husband and I got to drop off Chloe to school on her first day of Grade 1! She was a little nervous and didn’t want to go in but a little hug and some words of encouragement and she was good. ☺️

Plus it was great to hang out with my son. Just the two of us. As you can tell our favourite spots are parks & playgrounds. 😅

Yay it’s blooming! 🌸 The fact that I have not yet killed these plants is a big win 😅. I love plants and all things nature but I did not acquire the green thumb from my Mom. I’m still learning. Any tips for keeping plants alive? 🪴
