The process of wet felting untreated yarn is stressful. 😎 You make some ridiculously large sacks for feet and throw them in a pillowcase and a HOT cycle in the washer….

Voila! A perfect pair of felted slippers for that person in your life.

The best part?? Each incredibly large foot sack is knit on 8mm needles and took about 5 hours to finish. So…. THERE’S STILL TIME to make a pair!!

Yarn was cobbled from two different Estelle Slipper balls, pattern is by “Sailor slippers” on Ravelry.

Ok US Songbird fans, I think I can continue to ship to the US (I had paused for a few days while I sorted things out!)

US orders will show any extra charges at the checkout and be shipped DPP (duties prepaid).

Technically, yarn manufactured in Canada falls under the USMCA and is tariff free, but I can’t be 100% confident that you’ll not be charged a blanket tariff of 35%.
However, it should all show at the checkout and you can decide before you buy!

Wow! What a day!!! It was cold and windy, but also warm and friendly. A perfect day at the ! This is the only booth picture I managed near the end of the day. Thank you to all the intrepid volunteers who kept our tents on the ground, checked in regularly, and especially to and for all their fabulous organization and support!!

AND…. I checked my Nest cam on the drive home and my little house wren (we are calling her Wanda) is finally building her nest!!! 🪺 so exciting to watch her progress.
