Good to get back with my team for our very first meeting of the year!

Running a business is not always fun and games and hanging out with the team. 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

There’s a whole learning curve, consistency and commitment to put forward to make things flow in the right direction. 📈🚀

Sometimes it’s easy to fall off the wagon with everything else going on around us, all the distractions and responsibilities pulling us away. 🫠

Tonight was a perfect reset to get ourselves off to a more focused start.

Bit by bit, making sure to stay consistent while supporting each other as we go. It’s the best way to go! 💪

I swear I’m not posting this to be positive and motivational just because we’ve crossed into a new year.

I’ve seen plenty of those posts about fresh starts, clean slates, and becoming a “better version” of yourself.

The selfie? That’s simply my way of holding myself accountable.

It doesn’t matter that it’s January. No matter the month, I often wrestle with myself to get out the door when I know it’s time to go for a run (not always succeeding!!).

I try to make wiser choices for my health—like easing off on overindulging, and searching for what grounds me instead of spiralling into overthinking mode.

At the end of the day, I am—just like all of us—an ongoing human project.

Constantly seeking stability and sanity… very often losing it and finding it again 😅

Some days I’m stepping forward, feeling like a million bucks. Other days I’m stepping back, picking up the pieces and wondering where I went wrong.

Mostly, I’m just moving through the motions of being me. 🏃‍♀️✨

That’s all—I just felt like sharing this thought. And maybe it has turned into a motivational post after all, but really this is just a shout-out to the women who get it and are on the same path.
We’ll be okay, no matter what. 💪

This video is long overdue!! It’s been a crazy few weeks for us- as i imagine it’s been at yours too. I decided to freeze the rolls as they were made in my previous video and save them as a special treat for Xmas morning before the boys went to their father for the day. (Check my previous video for the recipe!)
