Hello Arl here. In this little demo, I'm here to share what I learned about how layering synth can create a bigger wider sound.

In the beginning, I chose a choir to set the tone and vibe of this section. On the second sound, I created another choir in a way that acts as a support to fill in the frequencies that the first choir was missing. Keep in mind that I'm still playing the same chord shape, but each sound is different with each unique characteristic. Thirdly, I created an evolving pad with a subtle pulsing motion to add width and character for the first and second choirs. Lastly, an atmosphere pad I set it in a way that covers the lower frequencies and glues everything into place.

Did a little demo of the Bassforge : Hellraiser by since it's been years since I have played bass. I was quite surprised with its booming low-end and yet maintaining its grittnes on top end and with its diverse capabilities to be fined tuned to any tone that you are looking is quite enjoyable.
