This movie was so off the rails in the last 30 minutes that it definitely deserves many rewatches.

What's up Dream Warriors! We're back with Brooke's pick of May, Perfect Blue from 1997. This might be our only episode of May due to Brooke having a baby soon! This is our first animated movie on the podcast but it definitely doesn't lack in the creepy department! This movie is on multiple "Top" lists on Letterboxd and deservedly so!
We're not sure when the next episode will be dropping, but it will be on Marc's pick of Infested from 2023/2024! We'll keep everyone updated on how things are progressing though.
What's up Dream Warriors! We're coming at you with a requested movie from our friends Ben and Nancy from , Head of the Family from 1996! In a year that gave horror a massive resurgence with that OTHER movie, this "masterpiece" often gets forgotten about and it's a damn shame!
This was a first time watch for Brooke and a second watch for Marc, come listen to see what our thoughts are on it!
With Brooke having his first child due in May, our scheduling might move down the priority list for a bit so we're currently playing things by ear. We both just finished reading the book for the first time about a month ago so we figured it would be a good time to do a compare and contrast type episode. We ended up accidentally comparing to the remakes as well and seeing how each version held up to the book. Which version of It is your favourite? Are you pro-Curry or pro-Skarsgard for Pennywise?

What's up Dream Warriors! It's March, so that means it's our birthday month and we've decided to do things a little bit differently for this month. We both picked a show/miniseries for each on of our episodes; with Brooke's pick being Season 1 of Black Mirror. This is also a special episode for us because it's our 200th episode! We can't thank you all enough for the continued support of the years!

What's up Dream Warriors! We're here with Marc's pick of the month and a rather unconventional pick for a horror podcast, but our antagonist is terrifying! We are talking about the 2007 Coen Brothers directed No Country for Old Men! Javier Bardem created one of the most accurate and scary psychopaths in cinema history (seriously, it's been proven by science!) in this one and we both agree he deserves every award he received for this role!

What's up Dream Warriors! We're back with Marc's first pick of 2024 and this one is a trip down Nostalgia Lane for any 90's kids. In the midst of all the 90's teen slashers and whodunit's there was one movie that kept a simular formula but also went it's own way and that movie is none other than The Faculty. It still feels like the most popular horror movies from the 90's, but there's one small difference...aliens.
We had a blast talking about this one even though it doesn't necessarily hold up as well as some of the movies it rivaled 25 years ago. And we know our next episode is going to be just as fun, if not more because we're tackling another classic in Child's Play! So make sure you come back and don't miss out on that one.

If you listen to us enough then you know we're big fans of pretty much anything releases so we decided we had to cover a couple of their movies this month! Our first movie of the month is none other than the headbanging, demon slaying, d***o smacking great time, Deathgasm! This movie is a must watch for fans of metal and any of the previously mentioned things. If you haven't watched this movie yet, you better go do that!

What's up Dream Warriors! This week we sat down and discussed arguably one of the scariest movies to come out of 2016, Lights Out and bet your ass we recorded this one with the lights on! This movie stemmed from the award winning short film of the same name and it hits pretty damn hard.

This time we're following Jack into the pits of Hell as he describes 5 of his killings in The House That Jack Built! This movie was directed by none other than Lars Von Trier and it definitely lives up to his crazy direction style.
This was a first time watch for Marc but it won't be a last as there's a lot to unpack in this movie. We went on quite the ride trying to figure out all of the meanings in this movie and make sense of the ending and there's a slight chance we did finally grasp it, at least a little bit...

This movie is a retelling of 2014's Last Shift and directed by Anthony DiBlasi. We join a rookie cop on her first shift in a decomissioned police station while she battles a cult and tries to survive the night! Do we think this movie really needed to be made? What's up Dream Warriors! We're back this week with another new-ish movie that we've both been needing to watch, Bones and All from 2022. This movie was a very much welcomed change from our past 5 or 6 episodes; no twists and turns, no underlying themes to pick apart and a story that's easy to follow and brain meltingly confusing. We were able to just sit back, chill and enjoy a really well made movie about a couple of lovestruck cannibals on a cross country adventure!
We haven't been doing a lot of "true horror" lately so Marc decided to change that with his pick for next week, Malum! So make sure you come back and listen to an episode that'll be worthy of our "scare section!"
What's up Dream Warriors! After a little break we are finally back and feeling refreshed. We thought, because we had such a long break we'd come back to tackle one of the most divisive movies of this year so far, Beau Is Afraid. In all honesty though, we weren't ready. Not even a little bit. Seriously, someone please explain to us what the actual f**k this movie is?!
Beau Is Afraid is Ari Aster's third full length movie and easily his most ambitious. It has some shining moments and always, Joaquin Phoenix is amazing but the message Ari was trying to convey was lost in a series of chaotic scenes and f**kery. Some people love this movie, some people hate it. We're somewhere in the middle just scratching our heads like a couple of monkeys...
Next week we're back to talk about another 2023 movie with Bones And All. Hopefully that one will be easier on our brains.
What's up Dream Warriors! We're wrapping up our month long theme of B**g Joon Ho movies with his highest rated movie to date, Parasite from 2009! This movie was the first foreign film to ever win Best Picture at the Oscars and it is definitely deserving of the accolade! We both agree that this is a damn near perfect movie and our favourite of the 5 BJH movies we've done this month.
We are taking a 2 week break to start the month of July but we'll be back half way through the month with our regular schedule! In the meantime make sure you check out our past episodes if haven't already!
What's up Dream Warriors! We're 4 weeks into June and that means it's our 4th instalment of our B**g Joon Ho movies! This week we're discussing his true events and highest rated movie prior to Parasite, Memories of Murder. This movie is based off South Korea's first confirmed serial killings which spanned from 1986 to 1994 and consisted of the r**e and murders of up to 14 women. At the time of the production of this film these murders went unsolved, however the killer did finally confess while he was serving a different life sentence for the murder of his sister in law.

What's up Dream Warriors! We had to end February with a bang so we're coming at you with one of our favourite movies of 2022, Zach Cregger's horror debut, Barbarian! This movie is filled with swingin' utters, hairy breast milk and Justin Long being a grade A do*****ag! This movie gets better and better with each watch and we both agree it's one we can and will watch over and over again.
We also added a new segment to the episodes called News and Booze, where we talk about a current horror news story, upcoming 4k physical releases and as always...what we're drinking!
