Along my CPKC Holiday Train 2023 journey, we came upon many train bridges that the train had to pass over but nothing was like the CPR Trestle Bridge in Parry Sound, Ontario.

This year, we had a second chance to aerial (drone) capture the CPKC Holiday Train as it passed over the CPR Trestle Bridge and made its way through Parry Sound. Our original plan with the train (which was a 2 min stop on the bridge) was cancelled at the last second before it crossed over, so we had to immediately adjust our flight plan and stick to a video of the train, but overall the video turned out amazing.

Here is the uncut, full length drone video, and horn show with a musical soundtrack of the CPKC Holiday Train passing over the CPR Trestle Bridge and chugging along through Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada.

Our 3-day journey has only begun and tomorrow will be more magical as we head north into the snow, with stops in Vaughan, Barrie, Mactier, Parry Sound, Shawanaga, Rutter and Sudbury.

It's that time of year again where the annual CPKC Holiday Train will be making its cross-canada journey starting Nov 21 all in support of local food banks. The train will be stopping in our area on Nov 29th.

Connor Earl Productions is pleased to announce that we will be with the train again for a few days doing photography, videography, and aerial imagery of the train.

Make sure to check back for more CPKC Holiday Train imagery while were on our trip!
