Christine, a single mom of children with disabilities is one of the tenants at 82 Woodman Drive N, are being displaced displaced by the actions of DiCenzo Homes . Seniors, people with disabilites and families with special needs children, all of whom have been living in the community and relying on this housing for stability. I apologize for the shaky camera and bad audio but this happened as I was setting up for the interview, a real "behind the scenes" moment. Some landscapers, hired by DiCenzo Homes attempted to take the landscaping stones from Megan's family's home, ones that they paid for themselves and DiCenzo has no rights to. Unfortunately this kind of confrontation is a common occurance for residents of DiCenzo Homes as the company continues their Condo-Viction of Hamilton residents. Megan and her family have lived in this community for 30 odd years when they recieved ONE MONTH notice that their property was going to be sold and that they would have to move out. Now they face constant harrasment from not only DiCenzo Homes but also the workers they hire.
