Let me ask you this: Do you have 15-30 minutes EVERY weekday to spend INTERACTING with people on Instagram to grow your business? The answer is probably “no”, and who can blame you? You’re out there building a business, a dream, a life for your family.

The sad truth is that if you want your online presence to grow you NEED TO INTERACT with your followers and non-followers pretty much every day. You need to be adding to stories regularly.

💥 This is what I tell people about social media!

Not every post is going to be perfect and that’s ok! Sometimes you don’t have more than a “happy Monday” and that’s still great! You’re still showing up and that’s most important. Yes, you want to add value and you want to make sure you’re putting in effort so things are appealing to look at and read (focused photos, proofreading, etc.), but you never know if your “less than perfect post” will actually resonate with someone. Plus, more exposure is good 👍🏻.

When it comes to growing on social media don’t be so worried about “striking out” that you don’t show up 😉.

On Instagram, YOU are your brand. 💥

People want to see you and are interested in you and your process. When they get a glimpse of your behind the scenes, they feel like they know you a little more and can trust you. Trust is necessary for people to purchase from you!

If you’re wondering why I keep circling back to my engagement package it’s because engagement is NECESSARY to build trust and it’s a bit time consuming. Posting stories (reshares are great if they are on brand or tell a little bit about who you are and what you like!) are a huge boost because they make everyone happy (your followers, and the algorithm 😉).
