The blowing snow and strong winds might have kept me from walking outdoors, but they didn’t stop me from showing up for myself. I adapted, laced up my shoes, and completed 45 minutes of walking indoors instead.What I’m most proud of is pushing through the challenges, even with lower back pain. My Story:
I used to struggle with getting enough water daily too! I finally started recording my water intake using an app, and it has helped so much. My goal is 3 liters a day, and while I’ve only hit my goal once so far, I now average 2500 ml daily – a huge improvement! 🎉
Hydration has made such a difference in my energy, focus, and overall well-being. If you’re trying to drink more water, don’t give up – small steps lead to big progress!
