At FitClub Côte-des-Neiges, we kicked off the new year with a 4-week nutrition course throughout January! 🥗✨

During the course, we focused on the importance of detoxification and how it can transform our overall health.

We discussed:

✔️ Improved digestion and gut health
✔️ Boosted energy levels
✔️ Enhanced mental clarity
✔️ Strengthened immune system
✔️ Better skin health and complexion
✔️ Reduced bloating and inflammation
✔️ Support for healthy weight management

It was incredible to see how these principles resonated with everyone. Detoxification is truly a reset for both body and mind.

Now, in February, I’m taking my own advice to heart. My amazing Herbalife mentor Eric has placed me on a detox plan, and I’m excited to see the changes it will bring! It’s a great way to prioritize my health and show up as my best self every day.

🌟 My 75-Day Soft Challenge Journey 🌟

At the start of this year, I made a commitment to myself: it was time to make real, lasting changes to my habits for the sake of my mental and physical health. 💪✨ I knew that transformation wouldn’t happen overnight, but I also knew I needed to take that first step—and the 75-Day Soft Challenge felt like the perfect starting point.

For those who don’t know, the 75-Day Soft Challenge is a more flexible version of the popular 75 Hard Challenge. Instead of extreme rules, it’s about setting realistic daily habits that promote consistency and personal growth. Here’s what I’ve been doing:

• ✅ Following a sustainable, healthy eating plan
• ✅ Drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. 💧
• ✅ Exercising for at least 30 minutes every day—whether that’s a walk, workout, or yoga. 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️
• ✅ Reading or listening to personal development content for mindset growth. 📚✨
• ✅ Avoiding negativity and prioritizing my mental well-being.

Now that I’ve completed 30 days, I’m excited to share this journey with all of you! 🎉 Rebranding my main page has given me the courage to step out and document my transformation here.

It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been SO worth it. I’ll be sharing my progress, lessons, challenges, and wins. Please bear with me—it’ll be a lot, but it’ll be real. ❤️

💥Progress, Not Perfection: My Weight Loss Journey 💥

The numbers on the scale don’t just represent pounds lost; they reflect effort, determination, and the commitment to putting my health first.

In just 14 days, I’ve lost 9 pounds, and while it hasn’t been easy, it’s something I must do for the sake of my health. Dealing with health issues has been a wake-up call—a reminder that taking care of myself is not optional, but necessary.

This journey is about more than weight loss; it’s about learning discipline, building better habits, and showing myself the love and care I deserve. It’s not always smooth sailing—there are tough days when motivation wanes—but I remind myself why I started.

To anyone out there struggling with their own health or fitness goals: you are not alone. Take it one step at a time, celebrate your wins (no matter how small), and keep going. Your health is worth it, and so are you.

Accountability Post: My Starting Point

This is where I started in July 2024. It took a lot for me to share these pictures—I am very embarrassed about how I let myself go. But this is also my turning point.

I’m ready to make the changes needed to live a healthy lifestyle, not just for me but for the people I love. My biggest motivation is to be around, God willing, to see my son get married, have kids, and be there for my niece.

This journey is deeply personal, and while it’s hard to face, I know every step I take is a step closer to the life I want for myself and my family.

I Restarted My Health and Wellness Journey 💪

In July 2024, I hit my breaking point. I was tired of being overweight and watching my health decline because of my bad habits and emotional binge eating. I knew I had to make a change—not just for how I looked but for how I felt and for my future.

My starting weight was 291.6 LBS, and I’ve been working hard to turn things around. It hasn’t been an easy road, but every step forward counts.

This journey is about more than numbers; it’s about breaking unhealthy cycles and learning to treat my body with the care it deserves. 💪

Are You Eating Right for Your Body Type? 🤔🍎

Did you know that your body type can play a big role in how your body responds to food, exercise, and overall wellness? Whether you’re an ectomorph, mesomorph, or endomorph, tailoring your nutrition to match your body type can help you achieve your health and fitness goals more effectively! 💪

👉 Ectomorphs: Naturally lean, fast metabolism, benefit from higher carbs and proteins to fuel their energy.
👉 Mesomorphs: Athletic build, gain muscle easily, thrive on balanced macronutrients (proteins, carbs, fats).
👉 Endomorphs: Tend to store fat more easily, especially around the body, and do well with lower carbs and higher protein/fat ratios.

Personally, I am an endomorph, as I carry more body fat around my body. Understanding this has helped me tailor my nutrition to focus on foods that work best for my body type. 🌱✨
