Trust is a crucial component of everything that you do. But why is this?🤔⤵️

When someone trusts you, they believe that you are acting in a truthful and honest way with no intent to harm them💯.

Being trustworthy therefore allows you to build stronger relationships and connect with others on a deeper level😊.

Yet, it'd be a mistake to think that trust is built all at once🚫. It is a result of tiny actions that over time influence the degree of trust that someone has in you👍.

At the same time trust isn't binary. In other words, there is no yes or no answer to whether someone trusts you or not. It's more so a scale from no trust to complete trust. This means that the degree of trust someone has in you can always increase⬆️ or decrease⬇️ depending on your intentions and how you act🙌.

So, it's important to understand the key elements of trust✅. Elements that according to Zenger and Folkman (in a 2019 Harvard Business Review article titled: "The 3 Elements of Trust") are as followed⤵️:

➡️ Positive relationships

➡️ Good judgment/expertise

➡️ Consistency

As you can see in this post, I have broken down what these 3 core elements of trust. I've also included some key characteristics that you can embrace to allow you to successfully embody them😊.

Imposter syndrome typically arises through feeling like we don’t belong where we are and that our success is not warranted🙅‍♂️.

Having a compelling brand story is important💯.

But there is more to a brand story than you may initially realize⤵️

There are smaller stories that you can include as part of your overall brand story!📢

Doing this will allow you to convey the right message for the right situational context and audience✅.

Your brand story needs to embody your brand identity and what you stand for🔥.

So having multiple stories within your overall brand story is a great way to embrace different components of your brand that otherwise wouldn't work together within the same story👌.

They work alongside each other in a complementary manner to enhance the impact and clarity of your brand story as a whole🎯.

While the engagement tips in this post are more geared toward the content you create, increasing your engagement rate at large comes from being engaging✅.

Is reposting your old content worth it?🤔 Let's find out⤵️

You may question the value of directly reposting your old content. But it's definitely worth it, especially if you're busy and lack time to create new content💯.

Of course, you can repurpose older content too. Making adjustments to your previous content in various ways (as I've covered further along in this carousel) is the approach here👍.

But sometimes it is important to reshare a message or key idea with your audience✅.

Since the time you first published a piece of content, you've gained new followers and built relationships with new people🤝.

So, when you repost content, it will reach new people that wouldn't have seen it before🙌. Plus even if people in your audience have seen the post before, it's highly unlikely that they will remember it!💭.

Anyway, you might as well make the most of the content you've created😊.

So, mindfully using Instagram and other social media platforms is a great way to help you limit your scrolling habit💯. It allows you to set clear boundaries and have a clear intent for how you use social media.

Here's how you can use social media mindfully⤵️:

Follow the people that provide the knowledge ad advice you want to learn from📖. Avoid those that have a negative influence and therefore use social media as a means to expand your knowledge via the people you follow💡.

2️⃣
Grow a support network of like-minded individuals🤝. Focus your attention on those that lift you up and have a positive influence! 📈

3️⃣

Here are some more important life lessons for a rewarding life⤵️:

1️⃣ Avoid living for the desire of material possessions🧠.

3️⃣ Be grateful for your life because the odds of being alive in the first place are near impossible!🤯

Also, It is of course important that you apply what you learn which is why this is one of the vital lessons conveyed in this post in the first place😂.

There are only so many books you can read about playing tennis🎾.
What matters is that you pick up a racket and start hitting some tennis balls.
