Synopsis
A writer in need of divine inspiration seeks the unusual help of a criminal to help inspire the next best seller. The initial plan seems to be working until the line between right and wrong gets anxiously erased.

DANNY (The publisher)
Danny a 50-60yo male with lots of character and charisma, both physically and in his presence *energy*. He is a self-centered, unscrupulous Montreal small-time publisher who embraces his tactics as a former car salesman. He acts as Jane’s promoter (Protagonist) and plays a crucial role in the development of her journey to inspiration for her next big hit. (PRINCIPAL)

MALFY
60-70yo Sweet grandmother type. Innocent and charming. Fragile and Naive. (PRINCIPAL)

ILYA (Depaneur Owner)
35-45yo Dep owner with lots of presence and grit. His energy is felt. A tough street smart character with a chip on his shoulder. (PRINCIPAL)

CAMERON
25-35yo Athletic and energetic. son to MALFY, Owner of a Mattress Store with a shady past. (ACTOR)

CORINNE (Depaneur Worker)
25 - 35yo Dep attendant who gets surprised by thief’s while on her shift. (Some simple stunts might be required but not a determining factor on selection) (ACTOR)

WIG STORE ATTENDANT
30 - 40yo woman that works at the local wig store where our protagonist tries to steal a wig and gets caught by the attendant. (ACTOR - 1 liner)

THUG

Meet Lisa McCormack in the Role of Collette!

Lisa has been in love with the magic of story telling for as long as she can remember. Be it in front of the camera, on stage or behind a mic she is truly at her happiest when she is creating a character and sharing with an audience.
Her goal is to bring life to characters through emotional depth and the complexity of the human spirit and to tell stories that make you feel and think. From light hearted and silly to dark and heavy, she isn't afraid to push herself to places she never thought to explore on her own. She recently appeared on stage in the lead role of Diana in Contact Theatres Next to Normal and makes an appearance in the upcoming feature films The Draft and Nickelodeon's Snow Day.

Kreg Weiss is a Canadian actor and voiceover performer based out of Montreal. Along with having collaborated on many commercial and film projects, he has shared his guidance of yoga and wellness via online yoga videos over several years that are now listed on Gaia.

His acting portfolio spans from feature films like "Marysville, Tenth Line", "Pepito Vs Les Messies Sauvages" to short filsm like "Trail" and "Piscine Pro" to name a few.

Meet Ennnio and Meed Oleg... thats right.. Giuseppe Calvinisti has taken the challenge of portraying both Ennnio and his inner Ego, Oleg.
Giuseppe Calvinisti was born in Guatemala to an emigrant European family. For Giuseppe acting has been a real departure, since he has always been a shy kid and loved the arts in all its forms. He studied at the Actor Studio in Montreal at the age of 23 and his career as a professional actor had begun with Theatre, Short and Feature Length films and Television for both Festivals and Box Office in his home town and in Montreal, where he now resides. His latest Television appearance was for the CTV show Transplant in 2022.
