Been a hot minute and it’s gonna be a few more seconds at that pace 🤏🏽 So I wanted to show up and save face.

If you came and stayed on board since 2018 there is no confusion surrounding the simple legal fact I prefer a healthy lifestyle submersed in 👊🏽

👉🏽 I mean eating, getting baked, and listening, playing, or dancing to music has never really interfered much with being a rocksteady loving parent. Same applies to my daily grind as an educated bricklayer apprentice 🔥 almost c**t 45 going back to college while my future’s still bright.

☝🏽Using booze and other substances to mask depression and anxiety caused by ADHD now that has messed up more than a few golden opportunities for me since 2022. Glad to say it’s been 90 days 🫶🏽 Planning to absorb some natural therapy this Fall & Winter.

💔 I haven’t seen my twins since spring break, and recently settled a family legal matter binding me until Feb 2025. My oldest has become a brilliant young man who choses distance at this time and I respect that 💯 My Mid-Kid is going to be driving by the time this all settles.

Through the distractions and numbing by rec-use binge dranking beginning summer 2023 it’s kinda easy to see where my ship went off course 🗺️

Subscriptions and viewership is still on the rise but content creation has minimized and apologize for that 🙏🏽 know I appreciate everyone 🫵🏽 Y’all know I trust the process and you can trust that I’ve been rebounding personally so I can rebuild professionally.

For real though and in the meantime I can’t even get back into FvLtd. IG and it’s still public 🧐 constantly trying to rebuild an efficient website which at this time would only reflect my dilemmas 🤯

Frustrating as it is, it is what it is. That’s full-circle copious amounts of work, time and energy plugged into whats taking shape to come in with the fog! Analytics don’t lie they provide and guide!

That’s why this Meta Business Suite is crossposted from FVLtd. FB and my personal IG. I’ll be creating and dropping a new professional IG as I return to live feed and other video uploads in the 🤏🏽 in #2025 ♾️
