For most of my life, I was afraid to be seen and heard. I hid behind the camera, supporting others and staying in the background.

It was comfortable and easy even though deep down, I knew I was meant for more.

This year, I took the leap and started my coaching business. I wanted to empower women to find their voice and confidence.

But, irony struck - as I worked with these remarkable women, I saw myself staring back. Our struggles, fears, and doubts were mirror images of
each other.

I felt like an imposter.

I was coaching others to do what I was still afraid to do myself. The self-doubt crept in: “Who am I to guide others when I’m still finding my own way?

But here’s the truth: breaking free from limitations isn’t a one-time feat. It’s a continuous journey requiring courage, support, and unwavering inner strength.

And yes, it’s messy. There are days I doubt myself, feel overwhelmed, and wonder if I’m good enough.

But in those moments, I remind myself:

“Courage is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to face it.

Support is not just about others, but also about being kind to myself.

Inner strength is not static; it grows with each challenge overcome.”

You are not alone in your fears and doubts. But I want you to know that you are capable of achieving greatness.

It’s the driving force that forces me to show up authentically for women like you; Lead by example, embracing vulnerability and strength and empower others to break free and own their worth.

It’s not easy, but together, we make it possible. We draw strength from each other, fuel our passions, and achieve the extraordinary.

Having your content planned in advance will be a huge relief for you.

There is a lot more to social media than just posting content and waiting for the magic to happen.

The content creation part can often feel like so much work that we don’t have any energy left after we’ve done it for the other parts of a social media strategy.

That’s why I’ve shared my process for building out a content strategy that you can plan once and refer to for the entire month.

This is what I do at the start of every month to help me stay on track and so I’m not wasting any extra time wondering what to post each day.
