Compound was basically created to build a community of jovial and motivated humans in media production. The purpose is to accept everyone, every kind, from every state, without judgement. You are young, old, weirdo or crazy? We feel you. We are the same. Our purpose is to help you find the fun part in working. We know you love what you are doing, we do too! And we know you are seeking for something better, something or somewhere you could free yourself. Free of judgement, free of style, of thinking! We know you have awesome ideas and we want to help you communicate it in the best ways possible and reach comprehension. How good it feels to be understood! Compound is here to listen to you, even if communication is one of the hardest part in life, even more at work, in rush, when everybody is stressed out. But you know what ? Why should we stress? Will someone die if we don’t run everywhere like crazy? In fact, I think someone can die if we run too fast. Stress can be good for you, to maintain your purpose, your satisfaction, your trust and your self-esteem. But too much? Who needs this? We think no one needs it. We think what we need most as human, is love, understanding and results. To grow, develop and enjoy our progression. If you are looking for a warm team, to be able to say what you think.
