SO now you understand WHAT makes me tick, now the big questions...WHO I am and HOW AM came to be.
I’ll give you the short version but if you ever want the more in depth version you’ll have to sit with me over a glass of red or a bold coffee OR join me for a run or a pedal...ideally a little of all the above!
The easy part is this, my name is Robyn Ostlund, I live in the beautifully energetic tiny mountain town of Kimberley, BC with my husband, Kevin and our sweet rescue pup, Buddy. Clearly...I love the outdoors, I love to run, I love to bike and I love to ski and all of the apres that goes along with.

How AM Was Born
In my world, most of my ‘winning ideas’ have come to me during a long solo run or around a table surrounded by friends. And sometimes they’re not even mine originally! AM; ultimately, was actually my dear husbands idea. He has gently nudged me for the last 5 years to take on the world of social media management and marketing and I resisted it, until now.
Sitting around a patio table this summer with a highly regarded friend and Kevin; my husband, the topic surfaced again that I should explore this avenue and this time, I listened.
So an experimental offer to manage a respected Entrepreneurial friends Facebook business page for one month was put forth shortly after that conversation and the rest is history!
