Wow. What a beautiful year 2025 was!!

Huge milestones over here and I am beyond grateful 🙏🏼

With over 41 episodes launched, 26 guests & 3 episodes a week, this year has got to be my most accomplished one yet 😍

Thank you to everyone who has supported me by either listening, liking, commenting or being a guest, the appreciation knows no bounds 🙏🏼

Rolling over 20K on Spotify, YouTube hitting 35K & Rumble hitting almost 10K my flabbers are gasted.

2026 will be the year I hit 100K plays and I’m not stopping till I get there 🤌🏻 (minus my break between the seasons 😂)

One more month of Season 10 of Podcasting & weekly YouTube videos left until then so stay tuned for a little more before the break ✨

It’s such a fine line isn’t it?

Asking for help or support while also wanting to remain strong and unbothered?

I find most people have this internal battle when they are nearing defeat or burning out, of not wanting to show weakness or break down and a lot of the times living in that mindset is awfully heavy.

We have to push past that and reach out to our community.

We weren’t built with how to guides and the world is constantly changing that even our elders don’t know the world we live in anymore so where do you go for help? Advice outside of you?

Whoooooa.

This article hit me with a ton of bricks.

Now I understand this money most likely went from more expensive stores to more cost effective stores but it really shows where Canadians are at this time of year versus the last.

Now look I LOVEEEE dollarama. I’m a DIY girly and if you can save money on the same brands why not?

But to read some HAVE to go to save $15 towards their other groceries broke my damn heart.

It seems nothing is improving with the cost of groceries and we are set to pay ~1K more in 2026.

When will this end?! 🫠
