I am so excited to have back on the show and this time we are talking about our journey to and in the corporate space!!

As I normally do with guests who I align with so well, we venture off to a few sides stories that paint the picture of what life for us is like and how our careers in a corporate setting helped us succeed.

I love learning everyone’s path to where they are today.

I think it’s so cool to learn the challenges they’ve overcome, the reasons behind their fire for more and how they’ve fought to be who they are today 🙌🏻

In today’s episode I go over 3 topics! 2 catch up stories, one about Maria Kolvachuk - the OF model who got nearly killed in Dubai & kicked me down the Porta Potty Parties hole 😳 AND another body out of the Bayou in Houston…. Making that 4 bodies in 14 days…. They still say no serial killer is on the loose but something he up.

And the last story is one I’m really hoping is a big giant joke.

I don’t get the joke. It’s disgusting but I don’t want this to be real.

Babes!

If you are going to tune into an episode this season… this is it!!

Too many Canadians go missing without a trace.

Leaving families and friends at a loss.

Sometimes law enforcement is helpful, miraculous even. And sometimes there’s no help. Just more questions.

That’s the same with the last and most current case on this episode.

Cole Hosack was just passing through Dawson Creek on New Year’s Eve 2023.

After going to a few local places, Cole is seen taking off down the street, as if running from something, is seen pivoting at a dead end, changed direction a bit and is never seen again.

No one is speaking up.

Dawson Creek isn’t a large city.

I’m from a small BC town… everyone knows everyone’s business.

Why do we hear crickets when someone goes missing here??

In today’s episode I go over 3 different topics but none of them are murder for once.

However, abuse is still being repeater on today.

Like how some Calgary restaurant owners were busted for taking advantage of Temporary Foreign Workers and abusing them and the system at the same time. Which is happening far more than Canadians want to admit.

I also talk about how easy it is to order narcotics online in Canada and how RCMP said they had no idea people were buying illicit drugs online… are the f*ckin for real?? Canada post has been delivering drugs for a decade! Maybe they have caught 5K out of 2.4mill of packages but that’s peanuts.

Then finally review a recent Streisand effect situation with the Ottawa Senators. The coach came out saying how awful trolls were for speculating about the goalie’s leave and people should leave it alone….. now everyone is paying attention. PR mistake #1 - don’t add fuel to a mild fire.

Bestie,

You probably just need to move some of that pent up energy out 😘

With the shorter days, less sun and all around chill of this time of the year, we all fall into a little winter slump.

It’s hard to feel motivated when you are cold and in the dark.

Make sure you are taking time to move the energy out though. Specially if it’s trapped inside your head. And in any way that works best FOR YOU.

Let theexcess flow through your body through movements that bring you joy.

It won’t solve your problems but it sure takes the edge off & pumps you with happy vibes so win win right?

I love to lift, dance, have my own concerts in the basement, jump on my trampoline & podcast.

Those are my outlets for energy regulation and I notice I’m way worse off when I don’t do any of these things.

Find the outlets and use them as tools to honour yourself, specially through the dark times 🥹 (hold friends - we are almost through it! Spring will come!)

You deserve the best life ok?! 😘

Episode 250 is liveeeee!! 🔥

In today’s episode I am launching a new series that will continue in season 11.

But the immense amount of missing people in Canada needs to be talked about and cannot wait for a few months.

This series begins in British Columbia. My home.

Where missing people are more of an issue than almost any other province here.

Although I cannot cover all open cases in this series, I urge you to go to missingpeople.ca to find the mass lists of missing humans to learn more.

This series begins with three individuals. None of them are connected but all pull deeply at my heart.

Yesterday’s reel was about Ryan and today is about Amber.

Amber Manthorne. My dear Amber ❤️ Amber was last seen heading home in Port Alberni July 8th 2022. The last known person to have seen her alive was her then boyfriend Justin Hall. Who police have said they believe he is directly responsible for her disappearance. Justin was found dead a year after her disappearance, making it now nearly impossible to solve this case.

Unless someone out there knows what happened and will come forward with information. Justin was seen leaving port with her car, a suitcase and a tote and no Amber. This tote and her phone have yet to be recovered. He was seen trying to flee the island and turned around and ditched her car in Cassidy. RCMP are still working on this case but they will need help from the public to help fill in any blanks, so please come forward if you know anything.

Babes!!

Tomorrow I’m going to launch a series about missing people of 🇨🇦

Although this will be the only one for a few months, once season 11 gets going I will be highlighting other provinces of the country but the focus this episode is British Columbia.

My birth home. My current home. A place growing up that felt safe and is no longer recognizable 😢

The first story I want to highlight is the one of Ryan Shutka who went missing Feb 2018 without a trace after almost 8 years.

Ryan was last seen leaving a party in Sun Peaks around 2am Feb 17th heading home, but he never showed up. Being dead of winter it was -26 and half a foot of snow coming down, making search efforts difficult.

Ryan was seen last wearing dark jeans, a grey & white shirt, blue coat and a burgundy ball cap.

Anyone with any information please report it to either the Kamloops RCMP 1-250-828-3000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Sending love and healing and hope to all those affected by Ryans disappearance ❤️ Praying for answers. Please share this information with family and friends and keep Ryan in your mind 🙏🏼

Is it just me or do we feel like repeat offenders seem to keep getting worse and somehow still on the streets?

I do not think keeping them out is helping but I also wonder what is being done to help rehabilitate them?

Do we think just locking someone up is good enough to prevent crimes from happening again?

Cuz for some, jail is better than their current condition.

Majority of Canadians are struggling to survive…. how tf do we expect those who maybe made some bad choices and have zero support or guidance to help once they serve their time?

Once they get clean where do they go exactly?!

Seems to me the system is just keeping this continual loop by not providing resources nor holding them in long enough to even learn a damn lesson.

I don’t claim to know the answers but I do not think this is really working. Just locking people up isn’t enough but letting them go quickly realllllly isn’t it either.

What do you think?!

In today’s episode I go over an awful Christmas Day murder here in Lake Country BC that authorities are asking for tips to lead to solving this case, an on going domestic violence situation that escalated so bad that a mother of 6 lost her life at the hands of her ex even though she did try to flag this was going to happen and I end with an insane story of a Canadian Olympic snowboarder who had turned into the next Pablo Escobar & flooding Canada with ❄️
