I am grateful...
for each moment, every day, every week, and every year. Evolution is a long, hard, and continuous path to which our grace contributes to the entity of life. Every human life is light and grace and we are not broken. There is goodness in each human being. We are spirit having this meat suit experience and it is in our human forms where we get to experience time and space. We are the book of life and we are a sum total of all of our past. We are here to experience the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful of life. We illuminate the same light as stars do until it is time to transition out of this human form. So, I am grateful!

The hypocrisy of our present-day blows my mind. I have said it many times that we are living in interesting days. And with each passing day, those words are a vast understatement to what is being unveiled. My body...my choice has become My body...your choice to just give a small example.

One of the best ways to conquer a people is to divide them over unvetted ideology and emotionally charged identity politics where tools of substance like data and facts are brushed under the carpet. Or where those who welcome conversations and or debates based on more than emotionally charged thoughts and theories are ridiculed or shamed. Or where dissension and questioning is a key part of any democracy.

With all the social unrest, economic uncertainty, and how we practice our humanity; the world and our communities are asking for leadership. To which there seems to be a void of authentic leaders. Why is the emperor naked? Because he or she has made the choice to be authentic and transparent. Leaders do not just talk transparency but walk it.

The following thoughts are my truth and if my words do not resonate with you then unfriend or cancel me. That is your right and choice. However, your acceptance or lack of acceptance is not a requirement for me to speak my truth. This is how I see the following terms being practiced presently:
Inclusion - you are welcome to participate as long as you do things as directed
Diversity - we all look different but we must all think along the same lines
Media - it’s not about unbias news reporting; it’s about identity politics and one-sided bias reporting
Social media - its where anonymous fights the revolution behind a keyboard and cancels those who have different opinions than the narrative
Freedom - you are free as long as you think and live life as you are told

We the People, to steal a line from our cousins south of the 49 parallel. What say you?
Tyranny - an act or the pattern of harsh, cruel, and unfair control over other people
or
Democracy - a system where people can change their rulers in a peaceful manner and the government is given the right to rule because the people say it may through the vote

It's a choice I leave to you.

I think our tone would be different.

That being said, we created this podcast as a vehicle to have those uncomfortable conversations. Please check in with your indigenous friends. When the news cycle moves on, keep checking in with those friends. We all have so much to learn.
