Today is Bell Let's Talk Day!

Bell Let’s Talk is kicking off a year of action and change, celebrating the progress that has been made in moving mental health forward. We are helping put the spotlight on the growing YOUTH mental health crisis because our youth are not okay.

Shout out to Chris Coulombe, a Mental Health Educator with Canadian Mental Health Association Sudbury/Manitoulin for chatting!

This year will include a national text-to-donate campaign and Canadians can text to donate $5 to support 6 amazing organizations making a difference in the lives of youth each and every day.

Participating is easy! Simply text the keyword "youth" to 45678 on your mobile device. From there, confirm your donation!
