a great weekend.. started with catching some great smallmouth bass for the freezer (fish fry happening soon).. then digging a duck pond for our new quacking friends (coming soon) and making some breads..

too be clear i do intend on starting to video again soon, its just been a rough couple years trying to get everything situated, i appologize to all of you who have been asking if im posting, or done.. the wait will soon be over, we will be renaming the channel, and adding a second "host" as well as adding some new and improved content 😜

free fishing week has been working good for me.. brought a friend and her son yesterday, today i brought a different friend.. easy fish to catch, a good test of patience, a decent fight and great meat for fish patties

JUST A REMINDER TO BE CAREFUL AND SAFE!! NO FISH IS WORTH YOUR LIFE!! so this happened today.. went fishing with Logan Lewis this morning, had a good morning on the ice.. however the Bay of Quinte has a mind of her own and she reminded us today that she is a force to be reconned with!!
this video is from approximately 30 minutes after we left.. 8 people needed assistance from the local fire department for rescue. no injuries and all those involved are O.K.

juat so everyone is up to date.. my truck was stolen a Sept 29/2022.. it was recovered with some damage to the front bumper as well as the interior.. they also stole 2 diamond rings, a flashlight, my dash cam as well as ALL of the fishing gear inside including Larissa's stuff!! unfortunately there will not be any fishing videos until i can replace the fishing gear..
sorry everyone and thank you for your patience.. hopefully we can get a video of something out for you soon!!

hey everyone.. i am currently down in Prince Edward County (southern Ontario) and i was just outside looking for worms due to the rain.. i came across this lil fellow, approximately 10" long and quite large bodied.. looks like a cross between an Eastern Garter snake and a Butlers Garter snake (video will follow)..

came down with a cold yesterday.. today went to check my snares and collected ALOT of cedar branches. for those of you who dont know, cedar is good at helping your lyphatic system, helps eliviate fever and cough and is very high in vitamin C.. simmer on the stove to release it into the air, steep it for tea or bathe with it to help you feel better faster!!
