2025 was a year of growth, learning, and realignment.

There were wins I’m incredibly proud of, which included; expanding services, growing our team, deepening community connections, and more volunteering! A highlight was guest lecturing at Cambrian College in the Marketing and Communications program. Being able to share my passion for my craft and career, was truly rewarding!

There were also lessons I didn’t expect. This year, I experienced my first true case of burnout and I didn’t recognize it at first. It took slowing down, support from a business coach, and honest reflection to understand what my body and mind were asking for. The silver lining… learning my limits! Thankfully, I was able to expand my team and use their talents and support to continue with growing our business.

The biggest lesson? Growth requires sustainability.

2025 reminded me that leadership isn’t about doing more; it’s about building systems, support, and balance that allow everyone to thrive. 2026 is already off to a GREAT start. Can’t wait to share what’s new and exciting coming your way!

Stopped in to stock up and say goodbye to 🧁

I’ve known Mike since our retail days almost 20 years ago!!! Watching him flourish and grow his business has been incredible and inspiring 🥰 He’s done a TON for Sudbury beyond his creations and I’m going to miss his delicious desserts at all our important events!

✨ 5 YEARS ✨

If you had told me five years ago that losing my job in mining would lead me here, I’m not sure I would’ve believed you. What started as a moment of panic and uncertainty during the pandemic turned into the greatest leap of faith I’ve ever taken - launching Briesy Dynamic.

With a little experience, a lot of determination, and an incredible support system cheering me on, this journey began. Since then, I’ve learned some tough lessons, gained wisdom from mentors who’ve become friends, and discovered resilience I didn’t know I had.

There have been long days (and nights), but the rewards have been greater than I could have imagined. Each year has brought new milestones, new challenges, and new heights — all made possible because of the incredible clients who trust me to bring their visions to life.

The truth? I didn’t know this was my dream job until I was living it. (Though, let’s be honest… stay-at-home dog mom after winning the lottery still sounds pretty great 😉🐾).

Today, as I celebrate 5 years of Briesy Dynamic, my heart is SOOOO full. Thank you to everyone who has believed in me, supported me, and been part of this journey. I am beyond grateful to do what I love every single day and I can’t wait to see where the next 5 years take us 🤍

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to guest lecture for the  Media Communications program, sharing my journey and the evolution of Briesy Dynamic with students just beginning to explore their own career paths.

I shared a quote that perfectly encapsulates my story; “The best journeys in life are the ones you never planned.” ✨

If you told me years ago that I’d be running a full-service marketing agency with multiple employees and getting to TEACH, I never would’ve believed you. But sometimes, the most unplanned paths lead you exactly where you’re meant to be.

During our conversation, I shared three lessons that have shaped both my business and my life:

1. Lead with authenticity — Every client relationship begins with transparency and genuine connection. I love to work with people who value people over perfection!

2. Be adaptable — The ability to evolve and keep learning is what allows you to stay ahead of the curve, especially in the world of marketing!

3. Do things scared — Something I have to constantly remind myself to do. Someone is looking for exactly what you have to offer! Never be afraid to ask questions or take risks.

It was so inspiring to see the students’ curiosity and hear their thoughtful questions about my agency’s social media, brand management, and event planning. The future is looking bright🌟
