Sugar Cookies, Hot chocolate, Christmas carols, and a visit from Santa, are making our annual Jingle Express Train Ride in Fruitvale lots of fun for everyone on board today. All Aboard for the 2024 Jingle Express!

🚂The annual Jingle Express train ride is back for another year of holiday magic in Fruitvale! ❄️

This cherished tradition offers locals a chance to make special memories with family and friends. Take a scenic 45 minute ride on our vintage passenger train and enjoy some Christmas cookies, Christmas music, and even a visit from the Big Guy in Red! 🎅

Tickets are available at the Village Office with a donation on November 23rd at 9 AM.

The weather may not be feel very spring like today, but there’s a lot of spring spirit on board of our spring spirit express today! Our 1950’s passenger car is full of flowers, cookies and lemonade, and running along our tracks all day with rides to Beaver Falls and back.

Its come to our attention that several individuals are attempting to resell tickets for the Jingle Express Community Train Ride. These are ALL illegal scams. The Jingle Express Train Ride is an event put on by volunteers, financially supported by our generous sponsors, and held for the benefit of our Community. It’s intended to help bring some Christmas Cheer to our Village of Fruitvale, and support some local organizations (like the food bank) at the same time. The tickets have no face value, and were only available for free with a suggested donation to the food bank. Reselling tickets for our event is neither in the spirit of this event, nor legal in British Columbia.

Please do not purchase any tickets for the Jingle Express from any individual…especially if you do not know them, or are attempting to purchase the tickets on-line. There are no electronic tickets.

Only original paper, numbered tickets will be accepted for boarding – no exceptions.

If you have original, numbered tickets and are unable to use them, we encourage you to GIVE them to a family member or friend to brighten their Holiday Season. If you cannot find anyone to take them, please return them to the Village of Fruitvale Office ASAP.

**IMPORTANT JINGLE EXPRESS TRAIN RIDE MESSAGE**

We have heard that some local media outlets are advertising our Jingle Express Community Train Ride and incorrectly reporting that if anyone brings a food donation on Dec 10th, they will be able to board our train ride. That message is Wrong!

Boarding the Jingle Express Train is only available with a valid ticket at the time prescribed on the ticket. Capacity of the train is limited, and tickets are sold out!

DO NOT COME TO FRUITVALE EXPECTING TO BOARD THE JINGLE EXPRESS TRAIN WITHOUT A VALID TICKET on DECEMBER 10th!

We will not be accepting any food or cash donations for the food bank on December 10th, and encourage you to make your donations directly to the food bank.

There are no more tickets available for the Dec 10th Jingle Express Train Ride, and none will be made available on Dec 10th.

Thank you for your understanding as we bring back this very popular community event. Please watch our page in the Spring for news on our Spring Spirit Express. Our page is the ONLY place to get accurate information about our Community Train Rides.
