Everyday for the last 900 days, I’ve run outside. I try to do at least 5 km everyday and during this streak, I’ve been injury-free. Here is how I did it.

It's always awesome to work with people who let me be a little creative and try new things. This short clip featuring some of Next Folding's cast members was someone else's idea, but I was lucky to have people trust me to shoot/edit it.

Run. Every. Day.
I’ve run everyday for years and now I've written a blog post about it!

I have a running streak going. Everyday for the last two years, I’ve run. That’s 730 days. That’s countless kilometres. That’s a lot of time alone.

Lots of people ask me, “What are you running from?”

I prefer to think, “What am I running to?”

I always value the support I get from Hey Nova!

So our Communication & Content Coordinator Jeremy runs ultramarathons. Last weekend was his second attempt at a 100 miler! He had to drop out after 94kms for safety precautions, but we still think it's really cool he tried! Way to go Jeremy Fowler!

Auditions are being held on the following dates:
Friday, April 22nd, 2022 (6pm-8pm)
Sunday, April 24th, 2022 (2pm-4pm)

At the TNB Rehearsal Space at 55 Whiting Road

Actors must come prepared with a rehearsed modern/contemporary monologue of 3-4 minutes in length.

We are now also accepting video submissions!
Video submissions must include your contact information, your 3-4 minute monologue performance and rehearsal availability. Please send these submissions to [email protected]

Deadline for video submissions: MIDNIGHT, Sunday, April 24th, 2022

No previous theatre experience is required. All are welcome!
