Why the change, you ask?

Fair question.

Good Creative aligns more with our work and the passion we bring to every project. Creativity fuels our operations, and we want to be known first and foremost for our innovative and imaginative approach.

But don’t worry; we’re still the same awesome team that provides all the digital services you love. From web development to social media strategy, we’ve got you. We just wanted our name to reflect our creative spirit a bit more.

What the heck is voice search?

Voice search uses spoken commands to initiate web searches and retrieve information using virtual assistants.

Should you care?

Absolutely!

Voice search is huge right now—many folks are using Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant to get info. To connect with these users who aren’t typing a query, you must optimize for voice search.

People ask questions more casually when they talk, so adjusting your SEO can help them find you.

For example, say you own a bike shop in Chilliwack. Instead of focusing on search strings like “best bike shop Chilliwack,” think about what somebody might ask their virtual assistant.

Things like:
“Where can I get my bike tuned up near me?”
“Which Chilliwack bike shops do custom bike fittings?”

It’s just something to consider with your digital marketing approach. Voice search may be a tool you never knew you needed.

How does a creative agency develop a compelling brand for a diverse audience?

Oh, and that target audience includes residents of various age groups and demographics, artists, performers, educators, cultural organizations, businesses, community leaders, and government entities.

This was the situation when the Chilliwack Arts Council asked us to help them rebrand. As the Council expands its reach, it needs a new brand identity to strengthen its recognition and positioning as a hub for artistic expression.

It needed to be:
Dynamic.
Playful.
Welcoming.
Aligned with the Council's values and mission.
Satisfying to stakeholders.
A brand with long-term impact.

We checked off all of these because we did our homework, tested different ideas, and created a final brand that nailed the brief.

Our team created a new logo, comprehensive brand guidelines, marketing collateral, and digital assets beyond compare.

Tell us you've started watching season two of Search and Rescue: North Shore (SARNS)!

Are you into unbelievable rescues with helicopter long-line extractions, backcountry adventures, and more with a backdrop of the North Shore mountains? Heck, yeah!

When SARNS asked us to manage the social media for this season's launch, we couldn't wait to get started—and we had an excellent time doing it.

We recently completed work for the ICCC, including branding and a new website.

Good is all about working on projects that make a difference. Working with the ICCC was a project that resonated with our values.

The ICCC works together to address the effects of climate change in their territories by sharing best practices, mentoring each other, and advocating for governments to prioritize climate adaptation.

During this project, we worked with Indigenous artist Shawna Kiesman to create a logo that fits the Coalition’s brand. Check it out!

Her artistic eye extends across disciplines, and she is widely recognized for her captivating use of dreamy gradients, colour, and intricate patterns.

Lindsey's multidisciplinary expertise and unique perspective will undoubtedly contribute to our agency's collective pursuit of creative ideas & doing good. In previous decades, positioning was about creating a single defensible idea. Brands carved out their space, and stayed in their own lane, so to speak.

Today, technology shifts have introduced additional forces that pull brands in multiple directions, with consumers at the helm.

Social media has forced brand positioning to adapt to modern times. As a multi-faceted and ongoing strategic exercise, some think positioning is more relevant than ever.
