I am trying to grow back my Facebook account as my previous one (Mama Selva) was hacked. I had 8.2 k followers, (see below)

This new page (The Real Mama Selva) that I started has only 36 followers. Please help by sharing my videos. I want to upload my videos from the hacked account but it’s gonna take time. Thanks all!

Mama Selva Monday’s Reflection
(long but worth the read)


I recently saw a quote that one of bestie's wrote that she had seen some where and it deeply resonated: “I finally found my rhythm when I realized that every step backward was part of the dance.” It led me to reflect on the many moments in my life that felt like setbacks—times where I believed I was losing ground, I wasn't going to make it("I have fallen and I can't get up") days where I couldn't move, Yet, I now come to realize those were not missteps or were meant to kill me but they were pauses of divine preparation. God wasn’t pushing me back but sheltering me, preparing me for what lay ahead. Now, in hindsight, I can see that each step—whether backward, forward, or where I or swore I wasn't going to make it —was part of a grand choreography, perfectly orchestrated to bring me to where I am today.
So, if you find yourself in a season where life has you taking steps forward only to be pulled back and as if its taking you out emotionally, physically and mentally, I encourage you to embrace the entire dance.( don't get it twisted its not easy there several times I swore I couldnt go on) Keep moving, even when the steps seem confusing or the rhythm feels off. Trust that God is orchestrating every motion, and soon the beauty of the dance will unfold. Cherish each step, knowing that every movement—whether swift, slow or still—has its place in God’s perfect design.
