Not the best of pictures but this is a Mountain Mullet (Dajaus monticola) it's one of 2 species of fishes in Trinidad and Tobago with Mullet in it's name,
This species is found in the northern mountainous areas of Trinidad more so the northern and eastern sides of the Northern range,
During their breeding season they would lay their eggs up river and eggs would then float down river and into the sea where they would hatch and the young will begin their migration upriver to live.
