Creamy Mashed Potatoes topped with parsley, radish and hard boiled egg.

Inside The Mashed Potatoes:
• Potatoes
• Herbalife F1 Savoury Shake Mix
• Semi Skimmed Milk
• Juice of 1/4 Lemon

RECIPE ALERT!!

Banana Pancakes
• 0 Added Sugar
• Simply Delicious
• Easy To Make

Ingredients
• 1 Cup Oats
• 2 Ripe Bananas (the more ripe the better)
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
• Pinch of Cinnamon
• Pinch of Salt

• Coconut Oil (for the pan)

Instructions
1. Combine banana, egg, oats , cinnamon, vanilla essence, baking powder, and salt in the blender.

2. Blend ingredients until you have a nice thick batter.

3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with coconut oil. Pour pancake batter in the pan to form small-medium sized pancakes. Cook for two minutes or until small bubbles begins to form on the top. Flip and cook for another two minutes or until golden brown and set through. Repeat until you have used all the batter. You should end up with 9 pancakes.

Serve with your favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!

Berry Jam Recipe (inspired by )

This berry jam recipe uses Herbal Aloe Concentrate and Multifibre to boost flavour. Enjoy it on your whole-grain toast or oats.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Herbal Aloe Concentrate, Mango Flavoured
2 scoops Multifibre
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

In a small saucepan, combine berries, Aloe Concentrate, water, and Multifibre. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon and breaking up any large berries with the back of your spoon. Once the mixture has boiled, remove from heat and stir in chia seeds. Pour into a jar, cover, and refrigerate a few hours to allow the jam to set.

Chickpea Curry Recipe

Ingredients
• 400g Chickpea Can
• 2 Tablespoons Raja Hot Curry Powder (use whatever brand you like)
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (you can substitute with canola but olive oil is the best)
• 70g Tomato Paste
• 200ml Coconut Milk
• 200ml Water

Method
Step 1 - Open and pour out the liquid in the can and rinse the chickpeas with clean water. Use a colander / strainer basket or whatever you have in your kitchen to quickly rinse the chickpeas. This is just to wash away the salt from the brine. When done, set aside chickpeas in a bowl.

Step 2 - Chop Garlic and set aside.

Step 3 - Place a saucepan of your choice on the stove on medium high heat, pour olive oil then add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until softened. Make sure not to leave the garlic too long to avoid it burning.

Step 4 - Mix in Curry powder and let the mixture cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat. After 2 minutes, add in the tomato paste and mix together with the garlic and curry mixture.

Step 5 - Add in the chickpeas, stir everything together making sure that they are coated with the garlic, curry & tomato paste mixture, then pour in the water, stir together and leave everything to come to a simmer/slight boil. (This should take a minute or so)

Step 6 - Add a teaspoon of salt, then pour in the coconut milk, stirring everything together and let everything cook covered for 15minutes or until the sauce reduces a bit.
