According to the Provisional liquidator's report, the company has liabilities worth 211,382 549 million P**a. The report further reveals that the assets are far less than the liabilities.

The liquidator's report shows that NBFIRA issued BFM with a Collective Undertaking license, with which BFM was to pool the funds of investors together for their collective investment securities, property or financial assets so as to spread the investment risk.

However, upon the BFM inspection by NBFIRA, they found out that BFM was not collectively investing investor funds, but instead it was managing the said funds individually and was charing each investor individually.

Bluethorn Fund Managers is a company owned by Kelebogile Kelly Sibisibi, the daughter to Kweneng District Council former Chairperson Jeffrey Sibisibi.

OPINION : BUSHIRI THE SAME MAN WHO PROMISED PEOPLE TO HEAL THEM OUT OF DEATH CANNOT HEAL HIS OWN DAUGHTER

No offence intended but if you take offense screw you too.

We've lost loved ones and parents who strongly believed Bushiri was a better healing option until it was already late. Our family livelihoods have been spent on trips to this holy man until our loved ones lost their lives. My own father, a retired public servant spent his hard earned money, that he could have enjoyed to his last days, took a trip to this vile charlatan. A month later he passed away after surgery. He strongly believed that man was his salvation. He bought countless bottles of annoiting oil each costing around P250.00 from that false prophet.

Now, the same man who promised people to heal them out of death cannot heal his own daughter and now blames the Government for not allowing him to take his daughter to a state of the hospital? What? Seriously? Our loved ones needed this hypocrite to tell them to go to a f**ken hospital and not spend 10k on 1 on 1 prayers and buying anointing oil.

The wrath of God that will come to this Malawian con-artist will plague him for years. Get me right, the death of a child is extremely unfortunate and i dont wish such pain on any parent. As a human, Im sorry he lost a child but the blood of many people lies in that man's hands. So to hell with your Bushiri and his pain. Feel what we felt you scum.
