Morgan Dudley (Ella) at the LA premiere of ‘Descendants: The Rise of Red’ || July 10, 2024

When Morgan told me she booked the role of Ella in this film over a year and a half ago, I said “okay so I’m coming to LA with you to document your first big movie premiere, right?” flash forward to last week when I got to do just that!

Thank you for letting me capture all the content on the carpet and at the after party! It was a dream! And to do it all with , my talented super star of a friend? Could not have asked for a better first movie premiere experience! (the movie also features my friend reprising his role as Prince Charming so that was a lovely little addition to this experience!)

I’m Sleeping Out with at the Sleep Out: Stage and Screen on August 18th! Team Broadway Photographers is ready to give up our beds for one night to raise money and awareness for Covenant House!

I’ve been working with and raising money for Covenant House for years, but I’ve never done a Sleep Out before! I am both nervous and excited, and I need YOUR HELP! My goal is to raise $1000 before August 18th so I can participate, but I’d love to raise more! If you have even $5 to spare, it helps such a great cause.

If you didn’t hear the news this week, the Supreme Court decided that it’s okay to fine, ticket or even arrest unhoused people just for sleeping on the street because they have nowhere else to go. We already have a huge homelessness issue in our country, and it’s now more pertinent than ever that we raise funds and awareness.

Covenant House provides both long and short term solutions to youths facing homelessness and trafficking survivors. This includes beds, food, life saving medication today, and help with jobs, funding, mental health services, legal aid and more to help youth transition out of or avoid homelessness altogether. It’s truly a lifesaving organization.

Backstage at Broadway Bares: Hit the Strip 📸

This is just a TINY FRACTION of the photos I took while running around hot and sweaty for 10 hours at this year’s Broadway Bares for ! I wanted to start by showcasing the electric energy backstage and I hope I did it justice. More photos soon!

They raised a staggering $2,259,134 with the help of hundreds of volunteers who did makeup, hair, costumes, stage managing, photographing, and beyond. Really blown away by the work that goes into this event behind the scenes. Donate to BCEFA if you have the means!

As a lifelong theatre nerd, this was equally the most exciting, exhilarating and terrifying thing I’ve done in my career so far! I’m beyond honored The Wing entrusted me to capture the vibes backstage, front of house and beyond for them on Tonys night. The energy was palpable and the emotions were high, and I was truly humbled being able to capture all of that with my camera. Really, truly grateful to be a small part of this community 🙏🏼🫶🏼

One of my favorite events of the year happened last week - Broadway Belts for PPF!! 🎤 Raising money and awareness for Pulmonary Fibrosis with the fiercest talent on Broadway!

Fun fact: my dad is a retired pulmonologist so when I was approached about working with , it seemed like a no brainer!
