Our objectives include

1.To provide a platform that will help members of all ages to discover their talents, through hosting seminars, workshops and activities focused on getting people to assess themselves and find out what their talents are.
2.To help members improve in their particular talent(s) through hosting seminars, workshops and competitions geared to giving them opportunities to nurture, enhance and improve their talents.
3.To provide a platform for members to build bridges with other markets outside the country where they can export their talents across Africa and the world.
4.We will reach out to underprivileged children and women in urban and remote areas to equip them to nurture and commercialize their talents.
5.We will offer post mentorship training’s to the trainees in our society to ensure sustainability and continuity upon completion of the training program’s

Our Mission:
We nurture talent through offering various Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs to our members as an endeavour to strengthen the creative industry in Botswana. We do this by,

1.Partnering with professionals and organizations in different talent fields to provide quality training to our members
2.Discipling our members in Christian principles and values to becoming respectable role models in the community.
3.Using social media and other technologies to market the talents of our members to the local and international community
4.Ensuring continuous development and improvement of the talents of our members
5.Teaching entrepreneurial skills to our members to ensure they enterprise their talent(s)
