The Royal Bhutan Police was formally established on 01 September 1965 on the command of His Majesty the Third Druk Gyalpo Jigme Dorji Wangchuck with 555 personnel (23 Officers and 532 troops) reassigned from the Royal Bhutan Army. Since then, the 1st September is celebrated as “Police Raising Day” every year.

On this day, The De-suung family would like to wish the Officers and other ranks of the Royal Bhutan Police on the occasion of the 57th raising day.
