I had the opportunity to interview the country's first board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional radiologist, Dr. Mikhail Higgins, He specializes in minimally invasive interventions. Some of his minimally invase expertise include women's health, including endovascular management of uterine fibroids, adenomyosis pelvic congestion syndrome, prostate artery embolization and acute urinary retention. He's looking to help Bahamians through a parternship with the Family Medicine Center on Blake Road.
