Quando estou angustiado procuro me reequilibrar me inserindo na natureza.
Percebo a sinfonia dos sons do mar, pássaros, grilos e cigarras, fecho meus olhos, medito e assim me sinto leve e energizado.
Nesses tempos de confinamento busquei gravações que fiz ao longo do tempo e aos escutar em fones de ouvido consigo relaxar e me sentir melhor.
