Corona free Island TV produces IPTV shows at irregular intervals (when we have some new stories to tell) and are supported by the Dessana Institute nearby.
We are located 40km outside of Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, on the other side of Rio Negro, inside the flowing water, and cause of this, even Corona doesn’t find us. New tourists have to stay 14 days in quarantaene at Dessana Institute (not on the Island), to stay sure, that Corona doesn’t catch the Island. At Dessana Institute you spend your free time paying for the roof and eating, or you help 25h/week constructing new rooms for more tourists to come, cooking, cleaning and stay for free. After 14 days you are allowed to transfer with a boat to the island, and help to produce IPTV shows to tell the world about this place. Your fresh new stories are welcome, and when you don’t fish enough fishes, we give some support from Dessana Institute (or we teach you better fishing or search the fishing areas with a Mavic Mini Drone. We try to live only with solar powered energy, simply because we don’t like fossil energy, and our dolphins also not.
