easy banoffee
Prepare a delicious dessert with banana and dulce de leche this weekend. Discover an easy banoffee recipe and don't feel like it anymore!
Ingredients
350 grams of cornstarch biscuits
5 tablespoons of melted butter
6 to 8 pieces of dwarf banana
half lemon
800 grams of dulce de leche
250 ml of whipped cream ready mix
Cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation mode
Separate the ingredients.
Beat the cookies in the processor until they form a fine flour.
Add the melted butter and mix until it forms a firm, wet sand.
In a 20 cm diameter springform pan, line the bottom and sides with an even layer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove and reserve.
Cut the bananas into thick slices and squeeze a little lemon on top so they don't oxidize. Reserve.
After the dough has cooled, make a layer of dulce de leche and spread evenly.
Make a layer with the bananas.
Place plastic wrap over the pie and place in the fridge.
Whip the whipped cream according to the package directions.
Unmold the pie and make a generous layer of whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
It's ready to serve.
