Chances are you think you don’t influence yourself too much from the crowd. Believing that helps yours ego and self-confidence for sure but what else happens❓
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You blind yourself to the outer stimuli that do in fact influence you, losing the ability to control it. You can counteract that by asking yourself more “whys?” about your reaction and feelings in certain situations and those of others. 👂👀🧠

How to apply that to your day❓

In order to get better results from that. Set it as a challenge to yourself. And try to do it at all costs no matter how big or small the task is.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, pick a healthy habit. Something as easy as reading for 1️⃣5️⃣ mins day or doing 5️⃣ times the amount of push ups you can. Now stick to this habit for at least 2️⃣1️⃣ days which is the time it takes on average for someone to adopt a habit on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Personal recommendation is to strive for at least 6️⃣0️⃣ days and then analyse the results of this habit on your overall life. Your job, your happiness, your relationships.

Exercise your empathy when talking with your friends and relatives. 👂 Listen to them and focus on what makes them say the things they’re sharing with you. ⠀⠀⠀

Patience is key. 🔑

To apply this concept first you need something to be patient about. There’s no room for patience when starting that essay, reading that book or trying something for the first time. The key moment for it is when you have laid your base and have to continue doing all the less pretty work, the consistent grind. Stay patient during that time and results will appear and start to be more evident. 💡💯

The most important aspect is to actively and regularly read and even rewrite your goals. Add more, remove some or alter them but always keep them on paper somewhere you will see them everyday. 👀💯
