I spent 28 years of my life resenting someone

Someone who wouldn't allow me to go out, to make friends. To trust, to let other people get close.

Someone who kept me away from the things I loved.

Someone who denied me the freedom to be my true self.

That someone... was me.

That someone was just very very scared.

And with time - with patience and compassion with myself, I discovered:

behind all that fear is a love so intense that it flooded me and everyone around me once I faced it.

Thank you . Long story short, this was one of the ways K-pop healed me.
