One sign of abuse from a narcissistic individual is distortion of reality, and the fact they are never wrong. Narcissistic behavior tends to remain in the individuals who carry this trait forever. If you are made to feel at fault for breathing air, you may be under the thumb of a skilled narcissistic personally.

At the end of a relationship, a narcissist may use manipulation tactics like:
Blaming you for causing the relationship to fail
Working hard to keep you to stay with them
Making lofty promises to change their behavior
Badmouthing you to everyone around them

Block them, close them out . End that relationship now.

Shutting down a bit. I have been struggling with health issues, and trying to keep up with the worlds tragic stories, it's difficult. I HOPE the missing come home to their families and they all get the justice they deserve.

I like to tell the truth , even if I am wrong. I will accept that because we are all wrong sometimes. Doing whats best for the people is so important. Trying to do whats best isn't always easy. Sometimes it isn't what we hoped for, but as long you we continue to try and do the right things, even if it means losing,it is a great sign you are doing a great job at being a good person.

So, keep sharing how you feel, keep fighting for those who can't, and look out for each other. THANK YOU FOR SHARING MY POST
