Many of us, including me, have problems sleeping. 😩
In my case it’s my but if you suffer from chronic stress (which most of us do!), you’ll know how hard it is to get ample amounts of sleep too. 😞
Luckily for us, there’s a few things we can do:
Here are 5 actionable tips for better sleep, including supplements:
💤 Establish a Relaxing Bedtime Routine:
Dedicate 30-60 minutes before bed for calming activities like reading, taking a warm bath, or gentle stretching. This signals to your body that it's time to wind down.
