It will feature yours truly going to get my colonoscopy screening with Dr. Michael Owens at Pearl Health Partners, which is scheduled for November 30th! Oh my God it's so good! Let's see if I can remember what's in it: Broccoli, kale, bok choy, frozen spinach, cucumber, mango, banana, apple, shredded coconut, tomato, Chia seed, honey sunflower butter, raw honey, scoop of Greek yogurt, mint, walnuts, coconut water.

Going for broke!

Wasting food is such a bummer. It makes me feel like there's a knife in my gut turning with guilt, knowing there are people that would devour this.
