First night out dancing in so long 💃

I honestly think my day of recovery following this photo had more to do with the insane amount of dancing than the cocktails 🍸

Good people and non stop bangers means a very good night 🎶 and in terms of finding things I'm obsessed with... dancing is definitely one of them! 💃

Do I want to do it everyday? No. Am I always in the mood for it? Also no. But the beauty of finding something that fills you with joy, is just that. It fills me with joy 😊

I may not go out dancing again for months but when I do I will tear up the dance floor, sing my heart out and think to myself... why don't I do this more often? 🔥💯

TB to the last time I got to dress up💃

Who else loves the feeling of getting ready for the night ahead?! 🔥 I felt so good taking this photo and was a rare moment of "I really like the photo I just took" 📸

🌊 Meet Bluefin 🐠
When your foamie breaks so you have no choice but to buy a new one 😇

Took her out over the weekend and took a board to the shin, groin (physically cried in speachless agony for a few minutes)... and sliced my thumb open on a fin from pure impact! Spewing blood I took a quick jog up the beach for some plasters and I was back in 🌊🏄‍♀️...
I think I need to learn to whipe out safer 😅

It's Finally Happened! 🎉

This week I am announcing the official launch of my website and a new section on my page called "Alicia Dione Out of Context" 🌊

This visual may become familiar to you over the coming weeks as I share snippets of my blogs to entice you in further 😉

I have been dreaming of my own website for a long time but I wasn't ready to make the jump and commit. Now that I have moved to a new place, I am filling my life with things that make me happy and further my goals and dreams 🔥

All I can tell you is that my blog will be my take on life. Whether thats travel, quatantine, womens health or how to re pot a plant (I have no clue, but imma learn!) 🌱

The main aim is to figure out how to become obsessed with my own life, any maybe give you some pointers along the way 🥰

New Zealand Really Is Stunning 🇳🇿

STORY TIME!! Shameful Ending🙁
This is a beautiful lake side walk that we completed in Wanaka. You dip and dive through the track, never leaving the waters edge 🌊

It was 13km to complete and an extra 3km to walk home. However, Ben and I were silly and over enthusiastic, so we didn't take a break and even jogged some of the downward hill stints 🥾☀️

6km in and my hip flexor was aching. 12 km in and we needed to be home. 1km left to go and tragedy struck 🙄

My right leg wouldn't physically move without being picked up and placed by my hands. My leg had decided that I was no longer the boss of its movements and it was time for a forever nap 😴 Luckily for me, Ben is a runner and had every sympathy as he knew this pain all too well 🏃‍♂️

As I sat on the pavement and waited patiently, Ben jogged back to the house to collect the car to drive me my final and shameful 950 meters home 😂🤦‍♂️

Now I practice hip mobility and strengthing weekly. Learn from your weaknesses people 😝🥰

⛰️ Phenomenal Hike 🥾
This was a steap and cheerful hike, only about 6km but a killer on the climb if you're like me and go up the wrong side (hard side 🥵).
Absolutely in LOVE with Wanakas stunning scenery and beautiful stomps 🚶‍♀️

🌴 Sun and sand in Welly 🩴
🏖 So happy that we decided to escape to the beach for a few hours! That water was positively freezing!! 🥶 (much colder than UK)
🌊 But it felt absolutely incredible! 👙..
I was in dire need of this because I had a really hard 24 hours ahead of me, saying goodbye to my Grandad over an online link was never something I thought I would have to do 🌈🌈🌈
If you're having a hard time at the moment I highyly reccomend a cold shower or sea swim to get your head right and endorphins racing! This ended up being a beautiful day and in a country he was so excited for me to visit ✈️🌏🇳🇿
