Day 2 on the water entailed of some more great fish! Again we had two new trophy hunters .wemett and . The day was a success when Carly started with an early barracuda that she brought in with ease! Lakendra was up when the next one struck, again another beautiful barracuda. The perfect two fish to hook you into sport fishing! I followed with a small Bonita, our captain called it a skipjack tuna, either way, we wanted to throw it on for bait to get a mako shark, unfortunately the proper equipment to use the Bonita for bait was on shore. For lunch we had wahoo ceviche from our catch the day before, nothing better then fresh ceviche for lunch while fishing. In the other boat was Paul, Kimberly, Reegan, and Luke. They ended the day with another PB wahoo for my mom, a barracuda, and 3 bite offs! A very successful fishing trip down in cozumel! Looking forward to getting back!

One of the best days of fishing you could ever ask for. This is a Wahoo, one of the fastest fish in the ocean swimming to speeds around 50 MPH making the wahoo a true trophy catch! For all three of us catching the wahoo was our first ever of that species making it our personal best wahoo. For it was his first ever day hunting trophy fish, his wahoo measured 48 by 26 weighing almost 30lbs. An unreal day on the water and yes everything was filmed. Keep your eyes out for the video coming soon!
