Reading a book is my form of meditation— a quiet escape where my mind finds peace and clarity.

Over the past seven days, I've spent more time alone, wrestling with the urge to go outside.

My mind kept telling me to stay home, and in doing so, I regained my focus and centered myself again.

I've learned that sometimes, you just have to take that step, even when it feels uncomfortable.

In those moments, you’ll find the strength and creativity you didn’t know you had.

Trust yourself and just do it.
